When will Florida abolish this sick system of "non justice"? The death penalty is a shame. America is the only democracy to still have it.

I see you have poor sense of justice. It's not about being soft on the murderer. He's an a**hole. It's about not killing people. The death penalty is to lower yourself to the level of the killer. Killing is wrong no matter what!

I'm sorry I don't think we use it enough. And what's 34 minutes if this b*****d was able to torture someone before he killed them. I say do like Texas, put in an express lane! And once someone is sentenced to death, there should be no waiting on death row for 20 years while we support them. Give them 15 days to appeal - if it doesn't get in, oh well, see ya!

Everybody, who cares what state is was? The Death Penalty is not the right way to punish crimnials. Isn't ironic to kill a killer the same way he killed his victims? The penalty makes the nation charge with murder. I think prison is enough for someone serving life to think about his/her crime, maybe finding faith again. You, the people who support this crime, decide that executions are another way enterainment. Actually, I want Saddam to go to jail and, I know this is morbid, die a slow sad death

To clear things I was never in jail or commited a crime

Other countries use: the gas chamber, the electric chair, hanging and firing squads and I think there is a country out there that still does quartering and guillotine. And some countries execute for way less offenses. Either way you cut it, they all end the same way. For this reason I will not commit a murder because I don't want to be on death row

Well, sweetie, you feel free to abolish capital punishment and single-handedly pay what it takes to keep all of them alive and still make space for more prisoners.

I believe in the death penalty....if it were up to me, they'd have public hangings. None of this politically correct stuff.
