I am looking for a list of the best aviation schools in the USA only and how they rank as undergraduate and graduate (MBA).

I would check with the Federal Aviation Administration about that (www.faa.gov)

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is the best one I have looked at. I used to want to become an airline pilot, and they were tops on my list. They have several campuses across the country.
