I'm based in Limassol and we have a big one here on a saturday and sunday its called fasouri Flea Market its open 9 - 7 and there is a bus that runs from the sea front road up there.

Yes, a certain day and in a certain place in every city. In Nicosia it's every Friday at the parking place in front of the "Laiki Agora Dimou Leukosias".
