I guess I could make it more specific .... is vibration on my back going to cause harm to my baby?

No, the vibrating pillow won't hurt your baby. You can even have sex and use a vibrator until your doctor tells you not to, which is usually 9th month.

No worries, and as your baby grows, it may even respond to the vibration. At twelve weeks you have hit the landmark that the baby is much less fragile, even so, be happy and content knowing that unless you are still involved in demolition derby, full contact football, an avid roller coaster enthusiast, or a jet pilot, you should be relatively safe, and such a mild vibration will do no harm to your baby. Remember the little one is safe in a sack of fluid and for a little while will be completely unaware of your motions at all.
