Kuwait is a good place to be in, if you wish to enjoy it.
I strongly believe that you choose to be bored or to have fun. In a country like Kuwait, you will have a chance to make the big cash, then you will have the ability to visit 100 parks that Kuwait will offer you in a reasonable price, then you have the beach to enjoy the sun and get some tan. Then, let’s assume that you are really bored, you can travel to any UAE and have fun.

There are cities in the US that are "boring" which is why teen crime is so high. Be thankful you don't have a lot of bull shyt to get into. When you become an adult, move somewhere else. For now, get a hobby or play a sport. Try an American sport like softball or football. You can never go wrong with football.

Unless you had a private harem I guess it would be. Come to Las Vegas look around and duplicate it over there. It couldn't hurt.
