The Sims: Complete Collection installation problem?

Question

I just got the Sims: Complete Collection game for the PC and when I stick it in to install it, I click "English" then I click "install" and when I click "install" a thing comes up and wants me to scan something. I decided to scan something cuz I thought "why not?" and then i scanned it and it printed it out and then it still won't install, it just has a thing open up to scan stuff every time I click "install"

the 3rd guy said I had to tell you guys what its scanning and the result of the scan. It wants to scan whatever I put in my scanner, I put in a CD booklet and scanned the cover. The result of that was that it printed the CD cover out on a piece of paper in my printer.

I think I've figured it out on my own. Something called Epson Copy Utility was on my computer (I think I clicked something without reading it) and then when I clicked to remove it, then clicked install, it looks like the Sims is going to finally install.

you have to tell us what it's scanning, and the result of the scan, as we can't really answer the question without that information.

you need to verify your pix card capabilites. how a lot its is MB & what version too. in case you do not have a pix card and its outfitted in then you extremely ought to purchase one which the game desires. and word any criteria the game desires on the decrease back of the game. proccessor & difficult disk and many extra.. that is important to carry close
