hiya i work for barclays so anything due ont he 27th to go in or out will happen on the 22nd. this is cos the computer systems dont recognise weekends nd jump straight to the next working day and carry out those transactions, so if u check ur bank on sat it will be there.

i need to know too the same for me, the post office is open on the 27th but the payment needs to be processed beforehand to get to the account for 27th and it is holiday 25th and 26th. so it could possibly be paid on the 22nd.

all benefits due christmas week are normaly paid double the week before.

no it wont,because its not due on xmas eve,xmas day or boxing day,so you will get it on the day its due.
