I don't know the name of the song -- in Spanish it's called "Noche de Paz", which literally translates as Peace Night, but I doubt that's the original title. Anyway, the band is from Argentina, from the 90s', it's name is Sumo, and it's hard but not impossible to get a record from them in the USA.
