No, most of the time there is some subtle indicators....most people do not have the sensitivities to have a conscious awareness to natures warnings...animals do though that is why I pay attention to what is occurring in the great out doors. Birds especially will communicate amongst other species....and you know for every tree you see they're are many birds on the look out....next time you're stopped @ a signal light in traffic look up at the lamp posts those birds have carefully selected where they are...they especially like to wait for a newly washed car to pass under so they can poop on the windshield...

Yeah, usually is, although sometimes is just that we are looking in the wrong direction and as soon as we turn around zap! there it is: the storm right behind us, so we better learn to have a "wider" look of our "wheather current conditions".
