How hard it will be to build will depend on the kit you use. The better materials and foundation work add to the expense and some of the work challange. Lots of people start with something simple but not as durable to see how they like it and estimate what their real needs actually are. When they have some experience and understand what they will really be doing with their space, they make a deeper investment.
Just go to any search space and type in greenhouse kits. The companies that come up are almost endless and the varieties and price ranges are mind boggling. Make sure you consider shipping and handling in the price comparison. And make sure you get a good look at plans. See what they say about the foundation you should prepare and what sort of tools and skills you will need.
There will probably be some books at the library with decent plans if you don't choose a kit.

Well that is a loaded question.... Hubby bought a kit for a 12X10. He made sure that I had electric and water. Our $1,500 became $2,500 real quick. This is our 1st winter season and we are really enjoying our hobby. Good luck and best in the near future with your newly grown plants.
