Moon boots are cute for the winter.
Kitten heels are perfect for a 15 year old because they are heel but not to high to break an ankle.
Flip flops for the spring and summer.
Rain boots for those rainy days that you still want to look cute.

Well, the first would be sneakers. Any brand you can afford, or prefer. So you can be comfortable when you don't feel good, and so you can have them for gym.

The second would be some form of sandals, or peep-toe shoes. You can wear them in the summer, with a sun dress, or long dress pants, and you can show off your pedicure, and painted nails!

Third would be some cute winter boots. I like the kind that has a little bit of fuzz around the tounge, and the top of the boot. Mine zip up the side, and are laced up like army boots, and are dark grey. But if you like light colors, Try getting pink or tan. Don't EVER go with white, it doesn't last! Not unless you're a neat freak, and keep your whites, their whitest! They have some VERY CUTE boots in stores right now. Head over to walmart, or K-mart(or other favorite store) and check them out.

And four, if your parents will aloow it, my mom did, is a pair of knee high boots. I only wanted them for the heels tho. They have shorter shoes, that still have the high heel. You could get about a 3 inch heel, so you can look cute when you want to look good, and you can wear them to a dance or ball at your school.

Real quick, Jet, you're a moron!!! She's 15, not 25! The last thing she needs is stiletto heels!! You jackass! How many kids do you look at like that??? That's just perverted, not inthe good way, and wrong on so many levels!!!

A nice "dress shoe"
tennis shoes, like 3 or 4 pairs to go with all different outfits, and to have a pair that can get dirty
1 pair boots to wear in winter
3-4 pairs of sandles including one nice dressy pair for outdoor summer events.

Depends on the girl. My 17 year old daughter wears mostly tennis shoes, or flip flops, depending on the weather. She's got a pair of Ugg boots she wears as well, when it's really REALLY cold.

it depends on your style...im fifteen as well and i dress in more of a vintage/classy style a bit like teen vogue, i have about 26 pairs of shoes and my main suggestions are as follows;

flip flops- go with everything and dress down anything that might seem to fancy like a blazer with bermuda shorts, id go with a nice pair of neutral colored ones like reefs or rainbows, they look nice and keep the outfit simple

heels- you don't want anything too high, 3 inches tops, i have 4 pairs....a pair of black peep toe pumps (very in style right now) with thin khaki stiching around the outside, a pair of original black pumps very sharp with a pair of jeans and a black ribbed turtle neck), a pair of round toed black pumps (good for skirts) and a pair of brown original pumps (a little more laid back and goes with anything brown whereas black doesnt)

sneakers- a nice classic white tennis shoe goes with everything from jeans to skirts, i have 3 pairs...adidas rod lavers- i love them theyre comfortable and very cute (just a touch of pink and green- very preppy), polo ralph lauren white slip on sneakers with navy logo <
flats- flats are great when you want to look nicer then sneakers but dont want the effect of heels---they add glam but also a down to earth style, i have 6 pairs....champagne color with a bow, light pink penny loafers, silver ballet flats, gold ballet flats, gray round toed, velvet flats with silver stitching and a thin silver ribbon and a pair of lipstick red patin leather ballet flats with a silver buckle to add some flare

...that pretty much covers shoes for any outfit, any season

stores to look:
tjmaxx
marshalls
ross
old navy
ralph lauren
target
adidas
khols
and zappos.com

hope it helped!
