I do not know who told you this but its very unhealthy. Just think of all the different diseases you could get from doing this. I would suggest that you stop doing it now if you have been doing that . If you need protein just eat meat and dried beans..

Can swallowing semen enrich a poor diet? Unless you're gulping gallons of it each day, it's no substitute for real nutritious cuisine.

Semen has protein in it. It also contains citric acid, and fructose. All of which are nutrients that are also found in food. Other components of semen are alkalines, prostaglandins, and approximately 300 million sperm. Every teaspoon of semen that is consumed adds 5 calories to daily intake.

Be aware of disease.

Semen is made up of protein as well as other nutrients. Swallowing the stuff won't get you pregnant, nor will it help your body-building routine in any way. Nor will consuming "massive quantities" make you sick.

Ewwww! Heck no! Don't believe what guys tell you! It's protein in semen but it's not to help your body! It does more harm than to swallow. So don't it!

That makes me ill just thinking about it...

If you want more protein, try skinless chicken in a salad, or add tofu to your favorite dishes. But adding semen to your diet is just foul.

It's such a small amount that, good or bad, it's not enough to improve your health. It won't hurt you either and if you like the taste go for it, just don't use it in place of a healthy diet.

This is no doubt a fallacy perpetuated by some guy so as to convince you that oral sex is good for your health. Only if it is mutual is beneficial. If it one way tell him that you feel healthy enough.!!

No. It doesn't contain enough protein to make any significant nutritional improvement.
