How would Iran react to an air assault by the US?

Don't get all excited about it. Real bombs are no where near as powerful as movie bombs.

The last big bombing was Dresden. Even the Nukes in Japan did not have the destructive power of Carpet bombing with a 1000 bombers full of Frag and incendiary bombs.

I have been as close as 100 yards to a 1000 pound bomb and all it does is throw dirt on you. And you get hit with falling shrapnel.

The bomb blows up in a curve or funnel shape. If you are close enough it blows right over your head. But the shrapnel that goes straight up falls on you and that hurts a little.

I have been that close to at least a few hundred bombs. And I'm still posting crazy stuff about the Redsters. So what will, Iran do.

If the air assault where done properly!
There would be no reaction from Iran!
We have MOAB's!
The Mother Of All Bombs!
22,000lb conventional smart bombs with a nuke size blast, but NO radiation.
This should be followed with a Tomahawk carrying a fuel-air explosive war head.
The MOAB blasts everything then 10 seconds later after the shock wave clears in comes the Tomahawk.
The fuel-air explosive burns off all the oxygen and no body survives!
We can target any one or all the cities, all at one time, in any Arab nation and hit any or every target any morning the order is given!
Iran joins Soddam and Gomorrah!
Who is left to react when all the cities in Iran are giant smoking holes in the sand?
The reaction can't come from the Iranians!
They're all dust in the wind!!!

the last estimate I saw had 600 military targets we would have to take out to avoid either a counter offensive and an attack against the oil corridor. this is because they spread everything out as a contingency. they have underground bombs lined along the route and if those werent taken out they would blow them and we are looking at 200 dollar barrels of oil. Their people have seen the west is not backing down by our show of unwillingness to work with them and are pushing the radicals out. If we attack that would turn the little descent they are starting to get back in favor of the leaders and destroy any progress they have made.

Attack Israel, and set off the sleeper cells already in the US who are waiting for that call.
The rest of the world would condemn us. It's sad, but we have to wait until they make the first move. It won't be long, then we will have more reason to attack.
