5.8 = 0.67log(0.37E) + 1.46
4.34 = 0.67log(0.37E)
6.48 = log(0.37E)
10^6.48 = 0.37E

(10^6.48)/0.37 = E

That's if I remember Log Laws properly anyway.
ie 2^a = b, then a log 2 = log b

5.8-1.46=.67log(.037E) [Subtract 1.46 from both sides]
=4.34

4.34/.67=log.037E [Divide both sides by .67]
=6.57

---If there isn't a subscript in the log, it is assumed to be to base 10.---

10^6.57=.37E [In a log, what it is equal to is like the exponent, and the base (10 here) is the number being raised to a power. The number left over is what that is equal to.]
=3715352

3715352/.37=E [divide by .37]
=10041492

Note-number may not be accurate or the same as other peoples because of the use of decimals. It is right up to 1% tho. It is a good idea to convert all numbers to fractions, because it makes the dividing/multiplying/subtracting thing a lot easier.

First subtract 1.46 from both sides.
4.34 = 0.67log(0.37E)
Then divide each side by 0.67
6.477612 = log(0.37E)
Now what does this mean? When you just have a log without a specified base, it means base 10. So if I were to rewrite that equation, I would write it as: 10^6.477612 = 0.37E
Which becomes: 3,003,391.864 = 0.37E
Divide each side by 0.37 and you get:

E = 8,117,275.31
