You should not have sex in the water, whether you have your period or not. Having sex under water packs the water up the vaginal canal, causing pressure. And where do you think the water and pressure will escape to? Into your abdominal cavity. Just don't.

By water orgy I can only assume you mean that you had an orgasm either using your shower head or in the Jacuzzi. The answer is "no". When your mensing, things if you will are being expelled from the body. In reality, your just washing it all away. Okay, not all of it, just what's there at the time. Enjoy!!
