No. Easy really, if you don't know your @rse from your elbow then how can you go to the loo without endangering other road users?

No , if you fail your theory you definitely can not take your practical test .
And you must wait for 14 day`s before you can re-apply to take it again ! same go`s for your practical test !

no, you can't go for the practical test without a certificate, I think, for your theory, good luck with that, It's really hard now-a-days to pass your driving test!!

You have to pass the theroy test before even booking the practical test.

you used to be able to do theory or practical first, but until you have both you cant drive

no of course you cant, and when you do pass you have to pass the practical within 2 years, or you will have to do it again
