I have personally gone skiing to many different resorts. The best family resort is probably Steamboat CO. I have also been to Beaver Creek and Vail CO and they are for extremely advanced skiers. Snowshoe is a better cost alternative though.

well, you'll have a lot of people arguing over this one....but I know alot of people answer "Vail" or Taos" to this one. If you mean out east...most people say "Killington".....
