Commander, I would go out and get your tickets now for you can practically see the onslaught of people raging towards the travel bureaus, the passport offices and any other means of gaining access to Europe. My gosh, I am sure that I can barely keep myself here in the good old USA what with the dollar losing so much value to the Euro, I don't know why I did not move to Japan when the same thing happened years ago, but alas I was stuck here in America with our freedoms, our bill of rights our Walmarts, our baseball, football and NBA riots. America is a great country, but Europe must be much better, so myself with millions of Americans will certainly be ready and willing to immigrate or even be illegal aliens in order to take advantage of the Euro, and I thank you for your advice in this matter.

That'd be a horrible idea. They'd lose money exchanging their dollars (including all the dollars from selling their homes, etc) for euros. Just because the currency is worth more doesn't mean the economy is stronger. Unemployment in the US is still very low.

It is not feasible for any mass exodus from one area to another area.

Americans for the most part will have to swallow their loss of value for the dollar.

They maybe become bewildered or perplexed at skyrocketing prices in the future. But will make do with less as always.

Not likely, it is cyclic, America still has an economy five times the size of the EU. Besides, europe is much too crowded, muslim and unwashed for most americans.

Like we even could if we wanted to with the restrictions and red tape. I'd love to go back to Europe, it'd be great to live there, at least for awhile, but how could I even get a decent job and support myself, not being a EU citizen?

I doubt it. Generally speaking, Americans are too proud, and like their patriotism. I don't know many Europeans that are like that. They wouldn't leave their country.
