Hello -- I can tell you a fast and easy way to get pregnant.
You need to go out and buy and Ovulation Kit called FIRST RESPONSE. What this kit does it tests your urine the very first thing in the morning and when it turns BLUE you can have a baby
It doesn't give you gender it gives you a baby. It really works as I used it as my time clock was ticking. I have 3 healthy boys to prove it. So Good Luck!

When you are ovulating. Best thing to do is get an ovulation kit.

Here's a good site to help you work out your ovulation schedule:

"you may not conceive right away. But here's good news: 85 percent of couples who simply stop using birth control conceive within a year. You'll only increase your chances by knowing your fertile periods. Here are the days you're most likely to be fertile over the next five months--as well as prospective due dates if you conceive. Good luck!" - exerpt from the site...

I know it sounds gross but the absolute best way (without spending money) is to reach up there and touch your cervix. If you are not fertile it will be low. If you are fertile it will be high and you might not be able to reach it. When you ovulate it goes back down. So I know without a dought the exact day. Everyone is different so it would be best to chart it for a few months so you can better understand it. Good luck! (I hope that makes sense)
