Gears of War - Best Friggin Game! Awesome Graphics, great gameplay, great multiplayer. The only game with a chainsaw bayonet.
Dead Rising - Zombies! So many different weapons to slice and dice. Great Graphics and gameplay. Nothings as fun as cutting a zombie in half with a chainsaw and taking a picture of it.
Saints Row - It's not Grand Theft Auto, it's better. Awesome game with great replay value. You wont ever get bored, theres always something to do or someone to shoot.
With these three games, you won't leave your house for a year.
