I like Western Digital a lot, I'd recommend them or Seagate.

IMHO you should avoid Maxtor. Their tech support sucks and I've had a higher proportion of Maxtor drives fail on me than any of the other brands.

I have been using Western Digital and Hammer HD with no trouble in the last couple of years.

Western Digital, Seagate, and Maxtor are very good. I have found that these drives are very reliable. I like these three companies and would recommend them to anyone.
