but when i go on answers and try to put that pic on here it says that i need to create a 360 page. why is it doing this and how can i fix it?

Make sure your 360 link is connecting to your page. Double check it all.
Then it should work.
Try signing out and signing back in, also.

u can go other way:
click on ur q&a edit my info
then in the avatar asked click on upload a picture.
put ur picture and its done!
