There are bed liners that are very useful and will cut air supply and skin contact.Unfortunately they are around $100. Bedbugs are not Scabies. Scabies is a skin disorder. Bedbugs are most commonly called dust mites. At bed bath and beyond or linens n thing you can get these liners.Also...for $15 there is a product @ bed bath and beyond called ANTI MITE. This will kill them and is meant for sensitive skin.

if you're actually speaking of bedbugs and nothing else...they're scabies!
wash daily, change all your bedding daily and place it in 'black' plastic garbage bags for 7 days, get some meds for scabies and apply as directed and do not use the bedding until the time is up.
then take it all to a Laundromat(not your home laundry) and wash & bleach thoroughly, then come home and wash them all again for cleanliness.
consult your physician or drugest.
there may some additional powder necessary for your matts etc. ask you druggest also
