You mean Felicia Hardy? Not that I know of, but I could be mistaken. Try looking her up in the Marvel Directory, it might mention that.

Yes, she did. She did it to make Spider-Man jelous. You see Black Cat had just been given some powers by the Kingpin (who is Spidey's big-time enemy) and when Spidey finds out he gets angry. So they break it off since her new bad luck powers were affecting Spidey as well. So Spidey goes back to Mary Jane.
To try make Peter jelous Black Cat goes out with Flash Thompson. It works to a degree but Pete stays with MJ. Even though Black Cat was only using Flash she soon developes feelings for him. After that they break up later on in life for some reason.
