I have back pain in my right side and last night I got a horrible back pain and im having a lot of vaginal dischard there are some little bubbles when i pee. Im 37 weeks

Im 1 cm dialated and 60% effaced but The pain doesnt go away

This also could be back labor. if you are 37 weeks you are very close to the end. this could be the start of labor. my sister had very bad back labor 2 days before actually going into the doctor when her water broke. i hope everything is okay.

you could be experiencing some pre-labor pains. if your vaginal discharge has any signs of blood in it, you may want to consult your doctor, or if it has a foul odor, that could be sign of an infection and your doctor should be called ASAP. if you haven't already you could be losing your mucus plug and your cervix is beginning to dilate. the back pain andpain on your right side, could be contractions...time them to see if they are normal or active labor pains.

If your pee foams that means you have protein in your urine. This means you need to eat more protein. You should be getting 100g a day in your last trimester. Note: 50g of chicken is not 50g of protein.

YOU MIGHT HAVE A KIDNEY INFECTION, WHEN I WAS PREGNANT MY SON WAS TO BIG SO HE WAS PUTTING A LOT OF PRESSURE TO MY KIDNEYS AND THERE WERE SWOLLEN, THE DOCTOR SAID THAT WAS NORMAL WITH PREG. LADIES BUT THAT HURT FOR 2 WEEKS
AND I MADE ME GET SOME CONTRACTIONS TOO
