Well, last I saw....
The Wife prepares that thing, by stuffing an washing and doing all the "secret ingredients" for it....
But, the "Oven" will be doing the cooking!
I on the other hand, get to butcher that poor sucker when it comes out of the oven... (yea, it will make you cry when you see how I destroy a perfectly good looking bird... LOL!)...

Ham & beer can chickens for us..got burnt out on turkey from Thanksgiving,..I do the ham,ol man grills the beer can chickens,we have 22 to feed so alot of food is here! come on by! =)

This year it's ducks braised in champagne sauce, and I'm the cook. I love to cook and always come up with something different each year.

Well it all depends on how we cook it. If we fry it my nephew cooks it. If we put it in the roaster my husband cooks it. If it goes in the oven, I cook it.
