I am very close friends with a transgendered male and have been for 5 years Patty kind sweet and caring we both give and both recive however as i am disabled (Single Hip Disarticulation) and Spinal cord Injury T7 I cant do a lot But we have a great relationship and a perfect life

If you are referring to sex, then giving and receiving is enjoyable to both. Learn to appreciate the difference between male and female rather than try and ridicule the other for we both need each other in order to make this world better.
