ok..ive gotten this response...people think im trying to cheat and get other people to do my homework...first off i am an honorable person, i would not do that..so here are the answers i got..

1. Earthquakes are not random, they occur among faultlines and where two plates collide convergently, transfomation, or divergently.

2. Volcanoes are also not random, they occur where plates converge upward or one goes into the mantle.

3. Locations of earthquakes and volcanoes are related because plates crash together and form both earthquakes or volcanoes at the boundaries.

4. Patterns in crustal activity support plate tectonics because the pieces of the crust have to be moving for them to collide to create earthquakes and volcanoes.

Plate tectonics causes 99% of the earthquakes and volcanoes in the world, so they are located at the boundaries. That answers all your questions.

I watch them a lot and it's hard to explain..........Good luck. I hope you find your answers.
