Is it one of those numbers that charges you everytime they text you? Like a 605050 Number or something? Just reply to them with the word STOP and they HAVE TO STOP.

if you have a series 60 phone (smartphone pref nokia) then you can download a mobile application called blackballer which lets you select or reject any numbers from calling or txting you.

Tell them you will take out a contract on them and hunt them down until they disappear.
Or tell them you have virtual herpes and will transmit it through a text to them.
