Where can I purchase inexepensive frames with plexiglass or glass covers for them ?

Would poster frames work? They seem like they'd be about the right size and shape. If so, any arts-&-crafts store would have them, like Michaels, JoAnn's, Hobby Lobby, etc. You could also check out poster shops.

If these newspapers a of great importance, the best thing for you to do is to have them professionally matted and framed. Using conventional methods of just putting them in a frame, does nothing to preserve them. Over a period of time they will yellow and deteriorate. You must use only archival products to preserve them.

Make your own. Just buy some plexiglass at the Homedepot or Lowes and put some wood inbetween around the perimeter and glue it together... of course after you put the newspaper inside.

Do you want to frame the whole newspaper or just an article or page? If it's the latter, I'd photocopy it onto lignin free paper first, otherwise the newspaper will deteriorate over time.
