probably a bug because or your default font size which prevents the flags from displaying
ADDED: if you change the font size, the UK Italy flags do come back, but now they disappear for different countries, this is a bug in the page layout

Sorry try at pulling some sort of race card didn't work
Besides EU is made up of all the surrender monkey type countries not just 1 race get a clue
