Yes, I have felt like that many times!
I also feel like kicking their parents for being so ignorant!

Yes I have. One time we had paid $54 for a supper at Sizzler and this couple had two kids screaming to high heaven and were just out of my glaring eyes so I asked the waitress if she could do something about them and she said "no" so I just walked up and told the parents "I paid $54 to eat my supper and was wondering if you brought a cage for those animals" the tables close by snickered. Sorry but I had had enough of the screaming and the parents were not doing a thing to stop it.

Not so much out in public as much as seeing like my friends kids being bratty and thinking, "by golly, if that kid was mine......."

when I see a bratty kid on public I want to go over and smack the parents for not teaching them better

You don't like kids huh? If the kid acts like a brat all the time, there is a problem but most kids are good and only act that way once in a while....you don't know....maybe their pet gerbil died or they didn't get their nap. They are called children because they are young and act up. So get used to it.

Oh yeah, all the time! I always tell my dad that when I have kids, they will not act like that....who'da thunk that the bratty kid was my little brother!!

ohhh yeah...all the time...I have two little girls and sometimes when we see kids like that they'll tell me,"Momma if that was one of us you'd take us to the bathroom and whoop us, wouldn't you?"...they're not perfect little angels all the time, but they do know that there are consequences for their poor behavior
