I am 13 and flat chested. I wanna stuff but don't wanna look fake. What can I do to look bigger without looking fake. Or is there a way to increse how fast they grow???

Never mind the mean comments. I'm pretty flat myself and my husband says he won't have it any other way.
If you want to seem bigger you can try padded bras. They won't do too much, but will have some effect.
If you want to actually be bigger there's really nothing that can be done. It's all hormones. Some girls get womanly later than others and it's ok. Look at the women in your family. If they are well-endowed your chances are good. If they're not - that's life. This may sound "tired" but your personality does matter more than how 'big' you are.

There is nothing you can do to increase their size other than surgery and I think you a little too young for that option. You are prob. a late bloomer, many girls are. As for stuffing you bra bad idea, you will always look fake. Consider this, one day you are at school and everything is normal, and the next day you come in with new and improved breasts, I think people will prob. notice. Save yourself from the embarassment of people finding out or of having something fall out of the bottom of your shirt. I know this answer sucks but let nature run it's course, you'll develop sooner or later.

enjoy this time in your life, do not try to grow up too fast. Your teen years will soon disappear and you will be looking at your 20's, 30's and on. Be patient, your size will change all by itself at least 3-4 times in your life. You are perfect.

Oh dear!! Don't rush it. Other than having a boob job, no you can not do anything!! Get a push up bra, they normally come with breast enhancers. Victoria secrets or Fredricks would have the answer to that!! At 13 you are still maturing, do not mess with nature!!

YOUR 13 ... give it time.. trust me.. been there, done that.. wish I could go back to being that way now.
Don't stuff.. I remember when I was 13 there was a girl that did that, and everyone made fun of her behind her back. Not nice I know.. but it happens at that age.

Hey, I'm 13 also,adn I bought a Jockey bra that makes my boobs like 2 times bigger!!! and they will also grow when they are ready. Don't feel bad, at least you don't have ones that poke you in the eye everytime you jump or run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep hope alive! You are still pretty young, you are still growing...you might have huge boobs by the time you're 18. But by the time I was your age, I had C cups.

Try a padded bra or so the feel realer try a water bra (you can get them at victorias secret) 0r you could go to walgreens and find some enhancing pills

the padded bras from Wonder Bra have the most padding I have ever seen try that
