Heating pad sometimes helps. Take Midol.
Exercise helps but usually best when you do it a lot, not just when you get cramps.
Or get a massage. That might help.

is it around the time of your period if so try tacking a warm bath or taking an Advil. heating pads also work. or maybe try some light exercises

Ibuprofen (Advil) is the best pain reliever to use for any reproductive system pain.

anything with ibuprofren should help - and a heating pad or a warm bath may help as well.

you should either take midol motrin or excedrin those will help you with the pain
