I work as a Customer Service Rep. for a ISP. So, I have heard of this issue before. What you need to do is run an anti-virus program or spyware program...

Bad_Pool_Caller error usually means a faulty driver or buggy software

This is one of those hard ones to diagnose without having the actual computer. It could be a corrupted driver, Windows file or some malfunctioning software; or a hardware malfunction.

On the error code it should have something like Stop Error/0x000000C2/BAD_POOL_CALLER

The numbers/letters before the BAD_POOL_CALLER is the actual error. Take the error number and enter it into the microsoft web site http://search.microsoft.com and see what they come up with as a possible answer.

From there you can decide if it needs to go in for a hardware repair, or if it software related.

Good Luck with this one. ...

Well, you need to be a little more specific before people can answer your question. Did this just start happening suddenly? Have you been having problems leading up to this? Sounds like, since you have little PC knowledge you should just take it to your local PC shop.
