It's called being a genius. Plato, Hypatia, Leonardo da Vinci, Sofia Kovalevskaya, Albert Einstein, Maria Curie, Stephen Hawking and Simone de Beauvoir are all examples of people whose intelligence was far beyond the average in some areas, but far below-average in others.

Depending on which subject you are talking about, any one of these geniuses could be considered a "dumb person". If the question you posted describes how you see yourself, then I would submit that you are an expert in the field of mothering. And don't let anyone tell you that your field of expertise is less valuable than any other. Remember that both Martin Luther King and Adolph Hitler were born with the same extraordinary abilities, but it was their mothers who taught them to use their abilities either for good or for evil. Indeed, “the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world.”

Not everyone is given the chance for a good education. Those in lower income brackets cannot afford post secondary education. A generation ago children were leaving school at a much earlier age so that they might contribute monetarily to the family. An education guarantees you nothing when it comes to parenting. Being a good mother involves making decisions based on the welfare of your child and putting that child before you own needs. A Mother loves a child unconditionally and no amount of education can ever change that.

pink Floyd. Rick Wright placed out 2 solo albums and is operating on a nil.33. Syd Barrett placed out 5. Gilmour did 3 and is operating on yet another. Waters has 6 or perhaps Nick Mason has 2 and wrote a e book. at the same time as all of them did not leave, they did bypass on to have separate solo careers. edit: good day sarah

It just means that being a mother is the right vocation for that person. Most animals make good parents...it is a basic instinct- and those who are bad at it should be shot or in the very least, spayed.(both human and animal)

You do not need a college degree to be a compassionate person/mother. Intelligence have nothing to do with the heart. Maternal instincts are natural....even with animals.

I am always amazed by the roles really stupid people end up with. Take college professors for example. Most of them are complete idiots. I think the motherly skills come pre-programmed though.
P.S. A college degree is not a measure of intellect, just persistence, determination, and marketability...

Because the motherly instinct kicks in and it does not take a high level of intelligence just common sense to raise a child in the right way.

Maternal Instincts. Some people are more in tune with their instincts than others. Other people are too analytical.

You have an instinct to be a mother, you don't need to LEARN to be one.
