how do i get my mail from ask and answer i keep getting no response or my mail freezes?

=first do a scan disk and then a defrag. which will speed up your computer as well. It is probable loaded with stuff. You should get your mail from your Internet provider and when you do get in clean out the mail you don't want and then repeat the above steps. Good luck.
