Hit START > Shut down > RESTART

If that doesn't work push the round button in the middle of the case.

Here is the instructions on rebooting a computer:

1) Click on the "start menu"

Then your computer will reboot.
To shut off your computer follow these instructions:

3) Again a box should pop-up, click on "Shut-down"
4) Your computer will shut off, to turn it back on press the round button on the tower that has a curcle with a line coming through it on the top.

Hope I helped! Have a very Merry Christmas!

Go to the start menu and click "shut down" on the computer. It will give you a chance to shut down or reboot. If it is frozen and you are running XP you can hold down the power button for 5 seconds and that will shut it off.

What OS is installed on it? As others have said START > Shutdown is the best answer. If all else fails, hold the power button down. This is not recommended but it works.

Start>shut down>restart
However I believe you may be wanting something else, and using improper terminology. if you want to restore your computer, you should have either a restore disk, or a restore image on your drive that will bring it back to factory settings.
