Wow, that's an interesting question.
Some alcohol based mouth washes do dry out the mouth for a period of time after being used, so that might provide a solution.
Aside from that, I'm not sure there is any treatment for excessive salivation. You might want to suggest that he speak with his doctor, as there might be some sort of natural or medical treatment for the condition.
Losing out on french kissing is a major bummer.

i really don't know what to tell you maybe he should try to use some mouth wash maybe that will get rid of some of the excess saliva I'm not sure you might also be able to go on the yahoo health site and type it in search bar and see what comes up you never know it might help
