It's the expansion vessel, the pressure in it needs to be checked and recharged.

a couple of possabilities here !
Check all nylon washer`s have been re inserted before you have refitted the valve ,
Thread tape all thread`s ( minimum of 15 turns ) to valve .
Check that the consulate leak off pipe has not frozen ( this should be a white / grey plastic pipe leading from the bottom right of the boiler to the out side ) if this freezes it causes water to back up to the boiler and when the cylinder get`s full it start`s to leak !
The pressure is correct at 1.5 bar you don`t want to go any higher than this or the system will go into " lock out " and will need to be reset !
Failing that then you must have another faulty valve !........... Good luck let us know how you get on ....

I would go with " hellequin " test the pressure on the expansion vessel You must first let the pressure off on the heating system and if it needs recharging do this with the drain point open. recharge to 1 bar. Then refill the system to 1 - 1.5 bar cold.

Incoming water pressure is higher than the relief valve setting. Install a pressure reducing valve. Or, since the pressure relief valve is probably a combination pressure AND temperature relief valve, the temperature control could be defective.
