yup. I was being yelled at by my boss, and she then gave me a unanswerable question(damned if you do damned if you dont) I said I really cant answer that question right now and I need to get back to work because I am falling behind and this is a waste of my time. She didnt appreciate it too much. Two days later I passed out at work and ended up taking a 3 week leave of absence. When I returned I went to a new team. The boss was no longer my boss.

I do that all the time!!! I call it verbal diarhea (I can't spell that and I refuse to use spell check!) But yeah I tend to get a little chatty and people think I'm like quasi retarded or something because I have like no censor button. I talk to all my friends about my sex life and they do the same but my boyfriend hates it so I try not to do it in front of him and then when I do I try to apologise and explain and tell him why I said it which inevitably leads to me saying something else I shoulda kept my mouth shut about! It's horrible!!

I'll never forget this and felt totally horrible for it - when Kurt Cobain from Nirvana died they were talking on the radio about how he would have an open casket...and I blurted out "How the hell can they have an open casket when he shot his head off?!". My brother and his friend were in the backseat of my car - my brother's friend's dad had just committed suicide about a month prior - the same way...

Some times i speak without thinking and without first realising what i am going to say
and the second after i say it i regret it so much
so iam trying hard to avoid it
but that is quite difficult cause somr times i am so spontaneous

I think everyone has at one time or another, but I think how we handle after wards is the most important let your ego down and be honest i said something stupid and out of line i didn't mean to hurt your feeling please except my apology. if they need to express how it hurt them listen make no excuses and try to move beyond the experience and learn from it.
