how come pluto, who is a dog, lives out side in dog house doesnt talk and wears no clothes and goofy does but they are both dogs

Well, Pluto (full name, Pluto Pup) is a dog. And Goofy is just that.....Goofy. So I really don't believe there is any telling what Goofy really is.

Yes Pluto and Goofy are both dogs. Yes it's true they don't look alike or use the same language. However, Boris Yeltsin and George Bush are both human and they don't look alike or speak the same language either.
