When I realized that I am a great sinner and that Jesus Christ is a wonderful Saviour and accept Him as such. The next best thing is when I found my wife Dr. Brenda Parkinson, one of the best Obtetrician-Gynaecologists in Sydney, Australia. She is a wonderful helpmate, companion, walking dictionary/encyclopaedia, private driver and secretary as well.

I got accepted at Carthage College!
This allowed me to go to China (as of this summer it will be twice), to go on a paleontology dig, get a great fellowship, and make some great connections. I want to be a paleontologist and work in China studying feathered theropods. My education at Carthage College is greatly preparing me for this.

3. And most importantly, she doesn't complain when I get hair knots in my fur.
