Find out the answer for yourself, believe nobody fully.

If a person says that you have to believe them, dont.. Especially when there is no proof and no way of getting proof.

Personally, I believe we all have God given instincts that provide us with the answer to questions such as these. I think your gut is a better gauge than anyone's verbal or written opinion of who or what you should believe. :)

Start by being honest with yourself. Once you can believe you, then working outward from there to believing others becomes easier.
