I don't know. I do know that most child molestors are hetero males but I don't know if any of them have a tendency towards being bisexual. That is an interesting point that I don't know if it's been looked into; but I'm not certain I'd like to know the answer.
Don't mind the thumbs down. Some people automatically thumbs down things that offend them rather than those that violate YA statutes.

Possibly. There are different beliefs on this. Some people actually think pedophilia is an orientation like heterosexuality, homosexuality and bisexuality. So a 'child predator' would be an orientation in and of itself, which kind of makes sense since most of them will simply use the gender that's easiest available to molest. 'Bisexual child predator' is kinda redundant. Some people argue whether or not children can consent at a certain age.
I know I'm being controversial here, but I think a 14 or 15 year old that's started puberty can consent to sex just fine. Surely, the world won't end if they do have sex, and they do. And they will. Anything younger than that? No way -- their minds just aren't ready for it and it's WAY too creepy. You also have to understand that teenagers aren't 'children' - legally, maybe, but in every other way - no.

I'm sure there are somewhere out there, since sexual orientation really has nothing to do with being a pedophile. But then having said that I should let you know that the majority of any sexual assaults on any gender or age are committed by hetero men.
The sexual orientation has to do with what peers you like. It's of people in the same age group. It's a consentual thing.
Pedophilia is being turned on by the fact that the child is in fact a child. Pedophiles get excited by the sight of a child's body. They also get excited by their dominance over the child, the child's helplessness.
Also important to know... pedophilia is a crime of opportunity. That's why you see so many men coming foward with stories of priests abusing them. Church activities were generally divided by gender. So the men watched the boys and the women watched the girls. So it's obvious to see why all the people coming foward are men and why all the perpetrators are men, too. Those priests aren't gay. If they were they would have been caught with a man their own age. They're pedophiles.
It's so hard for me to say what I'm trying to say. But if you ever end up talking to a pedophile you'll see what I mean.

Child predators/pedophiles/pediasts...come in all forms. The thing is that an adult's ADULT sexuality has NOTHING to do with being a child predator. Predators don't see their victims as having a sexuality or gender.
Pedophilia/Pediastry is NOT a sexuality in itself. It's a disorder that is also punishable by law!
Sexuality has to do with what gender a person is attracted to in another ADULT..not in a child.

I'm sure there are. But there are also gay predators and straight predators. I don't think your orientation really affects whether or not you are a pedophile.

I have heard of men sex offenders preferring only young boys and female sex offenders preferring only young girls, so I would think that the answer to your question is yes.
