Who has any tips in helping me to bcome a singer?

Try out for american idol.
Start you own website, complete with sound clips.
Record a demo and send it out in mass.
Find out if you can perform in malls, etc, or local radio stations

well if you want to be a catchy good looking not-so-talented writer who has a great voice but sings other peoples' songs then go to american idol. But if you want to be a singer people respect...
practice, practice, practice
sing at bars and such all the time at as many places as will have you
save money to hire a manager who can find you better places than bars to sing at.
record a demo after finding someone to help you put some songs together.

well find a singing class in a big city nere you. they usually have agents come there during classes, and u will gett a reseme sent out to people looking for singers, youll start out small and then grow bigger,
Or you can maybe try out for American Idol, and hopefully get to one of the last 2, cuz tehy always get famous, as in Clay Akon he didnt win. So good luck to ya.

nothing like the old fashioned way, Do some demo tapes, and send them off to producers, or if you can get to hand them in yourself and keep knocking on them doors until some one heres you, but remember to be honest with yourself if you can sing?...if you write your own music, make sure you copy right your songs, that's what i did, just in case anyone tries to use your songs as their own, but basically this is how i started out and became a singer for many years i wish you luck...it is a tough business to get into.

Kayso..You don't just become a singer. It takes time, not everyone can achieve their dreams, half of the world have a dream that they want to sing,act,dance ect.
But if you stick to your dreams then you have a chance, going to stage school or singing class helps, and going to auditions.

Practice in a church coir like a lot of them did. Enter every singing contest you can. Make a song and float it out for free on the internet to see if you get known.

if you wanna be a singer than go on american idol and then start from there if you dont wanna do that make some videos send then to a record company and see what they think.

Make a few songs then put them on Myspace. Give the URL to your friends then start posting it whereever it's appropriate. Leave comments on profiles and etc., you may get a few fans if you're good.

Well if you think that you are good enough to make it big you need to call somewhere and ask if you can sing. You need to try out for singing contests. You will make it to the top if you truly believe that you can.
