If his purpose was to stir sh!t and piss off a good chunk of the rest of the planet, then "Mission Accomplished" is a good description.

If he's trying to actually fight terrorism and bring peace/democracy/liberty to the world, then..well..not so good, if you want to put it lightly ;P

I'm sorry For some reason I missed that.

I have been thinking for 6 years that he had no foreign policy. But hey I don't watch Liberal FOX and have missed his live VNR's. I did see the ones that were in his propaganda indictment; but that's another story.

SO Foreign policy actually exists I'll Google that and get back with an edit.

A for effort, but overall C. I remember the polls and America's view on Iraq and our foreign policy has gone down significantly so that undermines the majority thinking that Bush is full of great ideas

Foreign to all logic and the ultimate interests of the USA. It's working pretty well for Halliburton et al to steal from the American people though. Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!

Does Bush have a foreign policy, or does he just randomly invade at whim?

On a scale of 0-10 (0 being lowest) I would have to say
-9,999,999,999,999. Maybe that is a slight exaggeration but really not far off from the truth.
