Yes, I believe so. Why? They make a great couple. It would be not in good taste for him not to go through with it in light of all the hype they recieve about his mother. I believe they will get engaged for 8 months to a year and than tie the knot in the summer. He is well groomed to be the King.

Probably. If had no intention of marring her, why would he keep her around this long? Why would she be invited to spend Christmas with the Royals or be seen with him all the time? I think it will be a few years, but sooner or later I think they will be married.

Probably.... the queen approves of her. Kate understands the media and press she'll face and seems to handle it well. They have been together for a long time.

Good luck to her if she does. I can't imagine volunteering myself for that life of constant and invasive media attention. The British tabloids are brutal.
