Contrary to the post of BountyJack. It can be safe given the right conditions.

RAM does have the ability to downclock if necessary, but typically only one step back. So if you have DDR333, it will clock back to the speed of DDR266 typically, and DDR400 will clock back to DDR333 speeds. So if you are using DDR400 and DDR266 together, more than likely it will not work properly.

It will not damage anything if you try though, they are the same voltage typically. The most your machine will do is beep at you with some POST errors.

Good luck!

Absolutely not. If you try that you'll be in for major problems if it works at all. Keep the RAM specs as close to exactly the same as possible. I'd even suggest using the same brand for all chips if you can, but that's just an ideal world.

You can (most of the time), but the higher speed RAM will be downgraded to run like the lower speed RAM...this CAN cause system instability, but will probably be fine if you have to.

RAM is measured in MB, not MHz which is used for processor speed. The amount of RAM will add up together.

Go to http://www.tigerdirect.com and buy some. You can find out what kind of ram (memory) your computer needs at http://www.crucial.com and it will automatically test your system and tell you what you need and have in the computer (each slot).

I wouldn't recommend it. You should either upgrade your old RAM or downgrade the new to match the speed of the old.

The be conscious "rapture" skill, "to be over excited" or "caught up". The scripture in a million Thessalonians 4:17 says, "Then we that are alive and proceed to be would be caught up with them in the clouds...". using the be conscious rapture is only a condensing of this scripture. people who're responsive to this journey use the be conscious rapture as a connection with this scripture, which could be perplexing for people who do no longer learn the Bible on a wide-unfold foundation. it is not including something to the scripture, yet clarifying it.
