Well I have to start by saying smoking is not helping your condition but I don't think you're gonna be able to fix that overnight. As for making sperm 'stronger' I don't know if that is really possible other than some form of genetic modification. But the key maybe to produce more sperm which I suggest keeping the scrotum cool and waiting 7 days after your wife's period that way she most fertile and you have good production. I hope that works for you

Quitting smoking, among many other health benefits, may help, along with a good diet. Some doctors recommend regular masturbation and sex to keep the sperm from aging and the freshest most motil sperm up front and ready to go. It may also take several times for a perfectly fertile couple to conceive.
If you are concerned with your fertility, check with your doctor and have your wife check with hers. If you are not currently concerned with fertility and are willing to keep trying, one thing that helped me and my husband conceive is the mucus test. A woman is most fertile when the vaginal mucus can be stretched several inches (as in, between the thumb and forefinger). Remember also that one out of four fertilized eggs are not implanted, and 1/2 of all pregnancies spontaneously abort before the woman even knows she's pregnant. This is normal.
Keep trying and good luck to you both.

Did you know that babies born to fathers who smoke, even preconception, are much much more likely to get childhood luekemia?
Smoking also lowers a man's fertility.
To boost your fertility, wear boxers, not briefs, and take a daily multivitamin. Avoid all caffiene, nicotine (smoking), alcohol, and eat as healthfully as possible with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid hot tubs and hot bathtubs and tight jeans and don't ever store your cellphone in your front pocket (the heat from tight jeans and cell phones can kill sperm, believe it or not).
You should quit smoking and then try again in a few months. That's what is healthiest for you and your baby.
Good luck! You can do it!

well don't use "it" every day cause this lowers sperm count. I think smoking does too.
Sperm lives 3 to 5 days in a women if the conditions are fertile. So let the thing rest some in between.

i dont think you can actually get "stronger sperm" but you could quit smoking and that would help a little. By the way you probably wont get her pregnant after the first three nights you've really been trying. it could take up to three months before you could actually get her pregnant.

smoking decreases vitamin c which helps make cell repair, also don't have intercoures until after her period and stop smoking and worrying I've seen people trying so hard to concieve they make themselves a nervous wreck which destroys egg formatiom, smoking destroys cell repair and decreases so many of our body's cells.abstain from sex until after her next period then after that step wait until 3-5 days before her next period in feb then take temp and try, RELAX, have a little wine a night out romance each other anxiety is another thing that stresses out our bodies, did she go and get checked by her obgyn? has she and yourseves had your testosterone and her fsh tested,?these are important if you can't get pregnant first try the 1st suggestio then if that doesn't work find out why, but age plays a factor to you didn't mention your ages you may have to be tested by doctor if your past 35 best wishes amy y

Have sex no more than every other day, wear boxes, don't smoke, drink less (if you do), and I've heard that having a high caffeinated drink, like Mountain Dew, can give your sperm a jolt.

smoking definetely slows the little guys down..so first off -STOP! and drink coffee about a half an hour before sex! it works i swear :) my doc told me that!! and probably the hardest to do is to "save up". if you only have a release at most twice a week, then you will have a higher sperm count which will increase the chance of getting her pregnant!! good luck and please stop smoking, i read somewhere that babies who dad's smoke have a higher chance of having leukemia! so do it for yourself and you baby!!
